Habla Nº 16 2014 is a monovarietal of Shyra grapes. The viticulture that is used to make this wine is ecological. The harvest is done manually.
Once the grapes reach the cellar, they remain in a low temperature chamber for a few hours. Go through the selection table where the clusters are selected first and then the fruits. The maceration lasts approximately 4-5 days at low temperature. The post-fermentative maceration lasts 11 days. The malolactic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels. Finally the aging takes place during 12 months in French oak barrels.
Habla Nº 16 2014 is ideal to accompany game meats and sausages.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 14-16ºC.
