Winemaking and aging

Habla La Tierra 2022 is a blend of the Tempranillo and Cabernet Franc varieties. The harvest is manual and the viticulture carried out as an ecological type, because neither herbicides nor pesticides are used. The bunches are selected, coming to be considered up to a quarter of the crop as unfit. Each plot is vinified separately and the entire fermentation process of Habla La Tierra 2020 is done in stainless steel tanks of maximum 5,000. During the same, the must is in permanent contact with the skins.

Before bottling and going to market, Habla La Tierra ages for four months in French oak barrels.
