For white grape: A minimum age of 10 years, and a production of 8,000 kilos per hectare.
For red grape: A minimum age of 15 years and a yield of 4,500 kilos per hectare.
The grape varieties they work with are:
White grapes: Verdejo, Sauvignon blanc, Small grain Muscat, Viura, Chardonnay.
Red grapes: Tempranillo, Tinta del País, Fina and Tinta de Toro, Shyra.
The cellar has modern facilities, where they have 5,000 stainless steel tanks and the most modern research equipment. French oak vats for the aging of their wines.
The harvest is done in a meticulous way, with a careful treatment of the grapes, manual harvest, and collection of the grapes at the optimum moment of maturity. White grapes are harvested at night, in the case of red grapes, a selection table is used in the cellar.
