Bodega Dominio de Cair was born in 2008 and belongs to the Luis Cañas family. Located in Ribera del Duero and formed its vineyard by old vines some of them of centenary age.
The vineyard is formed by old vines of low production that gives wines that have been awarded both nationally and internationally. The vineyard is distributed in the municipalities of La Aguilera, Quintana del Pidio, and Moradillo de Roa.
120 hectares of vineyards at an altitude of 850 meters and located on clay-calcareous, gravel and sandy soil. The viticulture is always respectful with the environment.
Each plot is harvested separately at the optimum time and according to the characteristics of each one. Once in the cellar the fruit goes through a double selection table. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and oak vats. Finally the aging takes place in new French and American oak barrels

Cair Cuvée 2020 is a very fresh and sweet red Ribera wine and very representative of the great wines of the Burgos area.
Cair Cuvée 2019 is the Ribera of the Luis Cañas family, is a typical Ribera, to perfectly combine with the Riojan wines that they already make and that are receiving so many awards.
