Returns and Refunds

From En Copa de Balón, we want to ensure the total satisfaction of our clients; To do this and adjusting to articles 68 to 79 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of the Consolidated Text of the General Consumers Law, we provide the right to exercise the withdrawal of the purchase, with a simple call or email to any of the following services:

The procedure to exercise the withdrawal of the purchase, requires:

- The notification by any of the above means, within a period not exceeding 10 days from the date of receipt of the order.

- The return of the product in perfect condition in its original packaging.

- Return shipping by the customer and our facilities located at Calle Trueno 78, 28918, Leganés, Madrid, indicating the original order number.

- After checking that the return purchase complies with the above requirements, Distribuidora de bebidas Europa, S.A. will make the payment of 100% of the amount paid by the customer corresponding to the returned merchandise, within a period of less than 5 business days.

- In the case of full return of the order will be returned the total amount of shipping costs.

- - In the case of not complying with the above requirements, Distribuidora de bebidas Europa, S.A., will contact the customer to clarify any doubt or incidence detected.

RETURNS FOR INCIDENTS OR CHANGES

EIn case of error, Distribuidora de bebidas Europa, S.A. had send a product that is not the one that the customer bought (according to the order confirmation), Distribuidora de bebidas Europa, S.A. will be responsible for processing the change for the correct product, assuming the costs of the return as well as the new shipment.

To deal with this incident, proceed as follows:

- Communicate to any of the services mentioned in the previous point the incidence detected.

- From that communication, Distribuidora de bebidas Europa, S.A. will coordinate with the customer the collect and return of the wrong product, and the delivery of the correct product.

- The expenses of the postage derived from this incidence will be totally assumed by Distribuidora de bebidas Europa, S.A.
