Prepared by the González Byass winery that was founded in 1835 to produce generous wines and brandies in the Marco de Jerez. At present they have 1844 hectares of vineyards spread throughout Spain and produce 49 million bottles of brandies wines.

Alfonso Oloroso Seco Sherry is a dry fragrant wine made in the D.O. Sherry. Elaborated with the method of soleras and criaderas typical of the Marco de Jerez.
The olorosos are wines that after the rest and classification, wine alcohol is added to them to realize a aging in barrels by the system of criaderas and soleras, so that the time and the good thing, changes them until creating these marvels.
