Winemaking and ageing
Andeluna Altitud Malbec 2020 is an 100% Malbec momovarietal. The grapes used were extracted entirety from vineyards located in Tupungato, Mendoza, at more than 1300m. The grapes are manually harvested at early hours, making a pre-selection in the vineyard. Pre-fermentative maceration at low temperatures and fermentation by means of selected yeasts in stainless steel vessels at a controlled temperature that oscillates at 26ºC. Three daily remounts and one to two delestage per day. Aged in French oak barrels, for a period of 12 months to be then stowed in bottles to remain a minimum of 8 months, before its release.

- View: Andeluna Altitude Malbec 2020 has a deep red color with violet tones.
- Nose: Complex aromas of figs and plums, with notes of vanilla, coffee and chocolate from its passage through French oak barrels.
- Palate: The palate is sweet with soft tannins and a long persistence.

Andeluna Altitud Malbec 2020 is ideal to accompany hot dishes such as lentils, roasted red meats and desserts such as chocolate mousse and hazelnuts.
