Bruto was born in Jumilla in 2012 with the union of the winery Juan Gil, the spanish actor Imanol Arias and the publicist Jorge Martinez and theyr passion for the Monastrell grape.

Winemaking and Ageing
Bruto 2021 is a monovarietal of the Monastrell grape that has fermented in stainless steel tanks for 25 days at a controlled temperature, making the malolactic and subsequent aging in French and American oak for 24 months.
This limited edition of Bruto is a collaboration between Bodegas Juan Gil and Imanol Arias in order to pay tribute to the area and the Monastrell grape.
