The Málaga Virgen Cellar dates back to 1885 and its new facilities were built in 2005, based on a centenary farmhouse that now houses the fermentation tanks.

Winemaking and Aging

Málaga Virgen is a noble sweet liquor wine elaborated with Pedro Ximénez grape, which comes from the own harvest in the Vista Hermosa farm.

Its preparation involves wines from sunny grapes, natural sweets and old odorous. He suffers a 24 month aging in American oak boots.
