Preparation and aging

Hito Rosado is a single varietal of 100% Tinta Fina . After maceration, the must undergoes a fermentation process of 20 days at 14ºC. The aging lasts a month and takes place on lees. This wine does not have a malolactic fermentation process or aging in barrels.
