Preparation and aging

León Beyer Riesling 2021 , made with 100% Riesling grapes, is a dry, full-bodied, fruity white wine. It is a wine with great perfection. Superb and elegant, with a distinguished bouquet and an exquisite flavor. Aged for more than 9 months in old oak barrels that are more than 100 years old.

The must fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
