Malabrigo 2021

Malabrigo 2021 is a red wine aged with the Ribera del Duero Designation of Origin.

Bodegas Cepa 21 was born 20 years ago and was the new project of the third generation of the Moro family, owner of the Emilio Moro winery.

Preparation and aging

Malabrigo 2021 is a single-varietal Tinta Fina grape. The grapes come from the Finca Malabrigo estate. Once in the winery, the grapes are selected on the table and destemmed.

Fermentation occurs cold and subsequent maceration takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Finally, aging lasts 21 months and is produced in new French oak barrels.
