Valtravieso Crianza 2021 is a red wine produced by Valtravieso Bodegas y Viñedo, with Designation of Origin Ribera del Duero (Spain).

It is made with Tempranillo and stands out for being a serious, full-bodied Crianza, with notes of ripe fruit and spices, and with a marked natural acidity that gives a fresh and creamy mouthfeel, added to a long finish with aromatic tannin.

Elaboration

Valtravieso Crianza 2021 , as in all the wines from the winery, vinification and aging were carried out separately in each plot, with the aim of achieving maximum varietal expression.

From the beginning of the production, they are very careful to prevent the wood from masking the personality of the grape and the personal terroir, which is why they put all their effort into working with each variety according to its needs. The success of its results is due to the freshness, natural acidity and minerality provided by its moorland and its way of working with the wines.

It spends at least 12 months in French and American oak barrels, to later refine in the bottle, for a total of 2 years.
