Winemaking and aging

Aalto 2021 is a red wine with aging made with 100% Tinto Fino grapes. Vendimina manual.

Aalto ferments and ages for 20 months in new and semi-new French and American oak barrels.

  • View: Aalto 2021 has a cherry red color with violet touches.
  • Nose: The nose presents a great fruit intensity along with the aromas of wood in the background, giving complexity but without subtracting freshness.
  • Palate: The palate is broad, structured and elegant as befits an exceptional ripening, without edges and with a tannic structure in perfect harmony with alcohol and acidity.
