Winemaking and aging
Corimbo 2018 has been made with grapes from the Tinta del País variety (100%), from Pagos de La Horra and Roa (Burgos), vineyards of 20 years on average. As for the elaboration, it was made in wooden vats and stainless steel tanks.
Finally, it is aged for 14 months in French and American oak barrels.

- View: Corimbo 2018 is a high-layer wine with a cherry-red background and a red border.
- Nose: Good intensity with red and black fruits, mainly cherries and blackberries. The wood is very well integrated, respecting the fruit and providing a very pleasant creamy note. The usual aromatic plants of the surroundings like pine, rockrose, lavender and marjoram appear in it.
- Palate: Good volume, with ripe fruit pressence but maintaining freshness. Fine tannins that predict an evolution towards silk.
