Pesquera Crianza 2020 is made with 100% Tempranillo grapes. In Pesquera, the Vendimia goes from August to October. The branches have turned ocher, passing their vigor to the clusters. It is time for man to continue in the cellar, the work of Nature. The wines of 'Pesquera' are always made from whole fruits, destemmed. The fermentation, at a controlled temperature, lasts between two and three weeks.
After pressing, and without clarifying, the wines go directly to a wise and subtle combination of American and French oak barrels with different toasted.
