Winemaking and Ageing

Matarromera Reserva 2018 is made with grapes vinified traditionally, with fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 28 °, for 10-14 days and 18 months aging in French and American oak.

  • View: Matarromera Reserva 2018 has an intense ruby color with purple hues. Very covered layer, clean and bright.
  • Nose: Frank, elegant and very complex. Black fruits (blackberry) and ripe red fruits (strawberry, redcurrant). Spicy notes of wood: cinnamon, vanilla, coffee or licorice.
  • Palate: Sweet tannins, body and elegance. Correct acidity, long and persistent finish.
