Winemaking and Ageing
Orben 2020 is made with grapes harvested manually and a manual selection is made on a table. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel and the malolactic fermentation in barrel. Finally, the wine undergoes a 12-month aging in fine-grained French oak barrels
