Winemaking and Aging
Barón De Ley Reserva 2018 is made from grapes from our own vineyards in Mendavia (Rioja Baja). The aging is 20 months in new American oak barrels, and then 24 months in the bottle until it reaches its fullness for consumption. This wine has not been subjected to any type of filtering or stabilized so it can present sediments of natural origin.
