Winemaking and Aging

Viñas del Vero Syrah 2019 is an aged wine made with grapes from the Las Canteras vineyard. Maceration and alcoholic fermentation are carried out simultaneously for 8 days at 25-28ºC.

Aged for 10 months in French oak barrels.
