Enate Chardonnay 234 2024 is a broad, fatty wine with hints of exotic fruits such as passion fruit. We found it clean, fresh and with a syrupy aftertaste. Very tasty.

Enate is one of the reference wineries in the DO Somontano. Under the protection of the Pyrenees, they enjoy the clear, clean skies of the Mediterranean and the humid Atlantic air that comes from the Cantabrian Sea.

Preparation and aging

Enate Chardonnay 234 2024 is a 100% Chardonnay single-varietal wine. The grapes, harvested at night, arrive at the winery and are placed in a pneumatic press where they are kept for five hours in film maceration (in contact with the skins). After static deburbation at 10ºC for 48 hours, the clean must goes on to ferment, under the action of selected yeasts, in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (16ºC). The must ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
