Winemaking and Aging
Recaredo Terrers Brut Nature Cava, a dry Brut Nature, with no addition of expedition sugar.
The vineyards are cultivated without herbicides or insecticides of chemical origin, only with fertilizers of natural origin (organic farming).
Vinification, processing and aging are carried out entirely in Recaredo. In order to provide more structure and elegance to the final cava, 4% of the assembly corresponds to wines that have been lightly aged in oak barrels.
The foam collection and aging in the bottle is done exclusively with a natural cork stopper. The cork is sustainable, recyclable and technically suitable to preserve the original sense of a long aging wine cellar.
The disgorgement (expulsion of the lees from the second fermentation in the bottle) is done by hand without freezing the neck of the bottle; artisan professionalism and respect for the environment.

- View: Recaredo Terrers Brut Nature has a pale yellow color very bright and neat with light touches of gold. With a very thin bubble, he draws beautiful rosaries that end in a delicate crown.
- Nose: Distinguished and prudent mineral background first followed by ripe white fruit with some floral touches. Of great freshness.
- Boca: Long-haul, it's very fresh. Gourmand fruit with floral touches on toasted background. Of good and balanced acidity, the finish is long and persistent. The final aftertaste recalls touches of almonds and aniseed.
