Winemaking and Aging
Anna de Codorníu Brut Nature Cava owes its name to the first-born of the family and heiress of the farmhouse Can Codorníu, who married the winemaker Miquel Raventós in 1659.
It has a process of fermentation and aging at about 12-15ºC in bottle and in contact with the yeasts, with which they remain in contact until the disgorgement and the liquor is added.
