Codorniu 1551 Cava (3 x 200ml.) is the cava that commemorates the beginning of the Codorníu saga. It is made with the typical varieties of cava, Macabeo, Xarel.lo and Parellada from vineyards of Penedès.
This nice bottle "benjamin" of one of the most famous cavas. Made by Cavas Codorniú in the Sant Sadurni d'Anoia region, Barcelona.

Codorniu 1551 Cava (3 x 200ml.) is a cava made by a first quick and gentle extraction of 60% of the must. Subsequently, the must seeps and the fermentation takes place between 15-18ºC.
Finally fermented and aged in bottle in contact with the yeasts, between 12 and 15ºC (temperature of the cellars) until the moment of disgorgement, when the yeasts are expelled and the expedition liquor is added.
