Muguet Brut is made by the traditional method Champenoise, a process that becomes essential for obtaining the organoleptic characteristics of the cava. Once in the winery, the grapes are gently pressed at low pressure, obtaining the must, which at this stage is turbid and may contain earth or herbs. The fermentation and aging time lasts, at least, 9 months.
Muguet Brut is ideal to accompany appetizers or to take alone. Recommended service temperature between 6-8ºC.
