Cava Muguet Brut
Muguet Brut is a cava made with the Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada varieties.
The farm "Can Feixes" is located in the northernmost part of the Penedes, in the highlands of Cabrera and Mediona.
Winemaking and aging
Muguet Brut is made by the traditional method Champenoise, a process that becomes essential for obtaining the organoleptic characteristics of the cava. Once in the winery, the grapes are gently pressed at low pressure, obtaining the must, which at this stage is turbid and may contain earth or herbs. The fermentation and aging time lasts, at least, 9 months.
