Bodegas Tritón is located in the province of Zamora in Villanueva de Campean. The cellar has a small size, where wines are produced with Tinta de Toro, Prieto Picudo and Mencía grape varieties. The vineyards belonging to this cellar are old vines.

The vineyards occupy a territory of more than 40 plots that occupy a total of 90 hectares, with aged vineyards, as for example Rejón with more than 100 years of age. These vineyards are located mainly in Villanueva de Campean and El Pego. Its most emblematic vineyard was planted in 1989, which occupies a total of 4 hectares and is used to make Rejón wine, its top-range wine.

the Gil Family is in command of this project, along with Enrique Busto, in addition to the collaboration of Frank Gonzales in charge of technical direction.

The cellar decided to bet on wine regions of great tradition in Spain along with the Gil family under an extended appellation of origin such as Vinos de la Tierra de Castilla y León and in this way produce wines without legal restrictions from grapes from different areas of the community of Castilla y León.
