Pink Rives Gin is a gin made with strawberries from Huelva, which gives it its characteristic aroma and flavour. It is made by a total of 3 distillations in a traditional way as a base on which to infuse the best strawberries. In this way, the gin reduces its bitterness and becomes more pleasant to the palates not used to the distillates with an outstanding freshness and a sweet strawberry flavor.

First, it goes through a hydroselection tower more than 30 meters high before its distillation in 19th century copper stills.
