Winemaking and Aging
Organistrum 2020 is a white wine made with the Albariño grape variety. The grapes come from vineyards in plots facing southwest.
It undergoes a fermentation in Allier French oak barrels. During the first 45 days botanage is applied and then it remains for 8 months in steel tanks, which makes the wine have a good integration.
