Valduero blanco 2021 is made with Albillo grape that is picked manually in a vineyard of limited production of 10 hectares. During the night, the grapes are cooled to 4ºC before squeezing and concealing to carry out their maceration before being pressed.
The fermentation, at a maximum controlled temperature of between 19º C and 20º C, gives this wine its powerful aromatic charge.
