Malleolus de Valderramiro 2019 goes through a process of maceration of 26 days in 3,000 Kg. deposits. Makes malolactic fermentation in American oak barrels. It lengthens aging for 18 months in new French oak barrels.

- Nose: The nose is an intense wine. Prominence of black fruits, blackberry, gooseberry. Balsamic and floral notes with a marked minerality and toasted oak memories.
- Palate: The palate is sweet, silky, balanced wine. Wonderful polished tannins of great quality. Long and persistent.
