Winemaking and Ageing
Secastilla 2017 is a monovarietal of Garnacha.
After the harvest, hatch walk from vineyard grapes and de-stemmed. Grapes macerated for three days before loading them into the fermentation tank in the cellar. Fermentation raises the temperature to 25 ° C for 5 days elapses. Malolactic fermentation and is aged for 10 months in French Allier oak barrels.
