Winemaking and aging

Dominio de Fontana 2020 is made with Tempranillo 70% and Cabernet Sauvignon 30%. Manual harvest with field selection. Total de-stemming and partial crushing.

Maceration with traditional system of remounting for 20 days and is aged in French and American oak barrels for 12 months.
