Bodegas Licinia is located in Morata de Tajuña (Madrid) in the Wines of Madrid Appellation of Origin. The cellar has 28 hectares of vineyards, organically grown.

Licinia 2013 is a wine aged for 10-12 months in new French oak barrels. Made in Bodegas Licinia where they use an organic crop. It is made with Tempranillo grape 60%, Cabernet Sauvignon 25% and Syrah 15%.
The harvest is cooled in chambers for 2 days before processing, to preserve the characteristics of the grape reflected in the wine. Clusters that do not meet 100% quality parameters are discarded in the double selection table.
Licinia is ideal to accompany cooked fish, blue fish, grilled red meats, legumes, Iberian ham and red meat with sauce.
