Product Description Licinia 2013

Winemaking and Aging

Licinia 2013 is a wine aged for 10-12 months in new French oak barrels. Made in Bodegas Licinia where they use an organic crop. It is made with Tempranillo grape 60%, Cabernet Sauvignon 25% and Syrah 15%.

The harvest is cooled in chambers for 2 days before processing, to preserve the characteristics of the grape reflected in the wine. Clusters that do not meet 100% quality parameters are discarded in the double selection table.

Licinia tasting notes

  • View: Licinia has a very intense cherry color. Practically opaque, with violet reflections.
  • Nose: Aroma of good intensity, with black fruit, toasted, spicy notes and a floral point. Subtle mineral notes are appreciated.
  • Palate: Round, glyceric, intense in fruit and aromas, tasty and very persistent.

Pairing

Licinia is ideal to accompany cooked fish, blue fish, grilled red meats, legumes, Iberian ham and red meat with sauce.

Buying Licinia 2013 in En Copa de Balón is easy, convenient, and with the guarantee to get the best wine at the best price, and in perfect condition.
