Tr3smano is located on the Golden Mile of Ribera del Duero, in the municipality of Peñafiel, with the philosophy of combining technical history and art in the production of wines.
Tr3smano is located in one of the regions with the most potential and projection of the region: The Golden Mile of the Ribera del Duero, more specifically in Peñafiel. Dominated by an olive tree of more than 1,500 years.
Tr3smano has the opportunity to feed on large vineyards located in three of the best vineyard subzones of the Ribera del Duero
The winery has a total of 30 hectares of vineyard with very low production, all these vines are of the Tempranillo grape variety, all of them with a density of around 3,000-4,000 feet per hectare. The soils on which they are located are very poor sandy loam and surrounded by the Lagar vineyard, which is more than 50 years old. Some of the vines reach up to 80 years of age and are very low production.
The winery also has vineyards planted on limestone soils, located in the province of Valladolid, the vineyards of Cuesta de la Perdiz and Llano de la Ermita, which represent the center of production in this sub-area. The winery is surrounded by a vineyard over 50 years old, the El Lagar vineyard.
The harvest is done by hand to maintain the product with the best possible quality. The room where the maceration of wines takes place consists of a set of barrels where the entry of light is minimal .
