Roda Reserva is a wine made from the Tempranillo, Garnacha and Graciano grape varieties. The grapes come from wines of more than 30 years with a production of 1.5 kg per vine. The fermentation of the wine takes place in French oak vats and aging takes 16 months in half new French oak barrels. Once bottled it rests for 20 months. This wine has a cherry red colour with a very intense fruity aroma and a long, persistent, delicate and fresh flavor. Roda Reserva is perfect to accompany roast lamb, legumes, white fish in sauce, mushrooms, grilled red meats, roasts and spicy dishes.
