Winemaking and Ageing

Terrazas de los Andes Selection Malbec 2021 is made with grapes Cropped manually during the month of April. Stripping and mild clusters break berries. Subsequently, fermentation and maceration for 21 days on average, alternating remontage and "delestages".

Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels (80%) and American (20%). Clarified with egg white. Filtration and bottling, after which remains at least another 6 months in bottle.
