Winemaking and Ageing
Arrayán Syrah 2017 is made with grapes manually harvested in boxes of 20 kilos. Grapes selected in selection table. Destemmed. Pre-fermentative maceration especially long until the spontaneous fermentation starts in fudre of 4000 liters of French oak. Aging of 12 months of aging in Allier French oak.
