Development and aging
Marqués de Griñón Graciano 2011 is made from grapes harvested by hand, with a complete selection of the best clusters, both in the field and on receipt. Prepared under a custom winemaking, minimal intervention and responsive to the unique characteristics of the vineyard.
Destemmed and gravity discharge in fermentation tanks. Prolonged maceration for 4 or 5 weeks. The wine is aged for 20 months in French oak barrels from different coopers.
