Cabernet Familiar de Chozas Carrascal 2014  is made from grapes harvested manually and selected grain by grain. It vinifica a concrete tank 100 Hl with maceration of 2 to 3 weeks depending on the vintage.

The flower wine makes malolactic in French oak barrels of first use for red. These barrels have been used before for fermentation and aging on lees of white wine. During the first months of aging takes place Bâtonnage weekly. This wine remains in barrels of 220 liters for 5-7 months depending on the vintage.
