Alma de Valdeguerra 2021 is a white wine with the Vinos de Madrid Designation of Origin , produced by the Vinos y Aceites Laguna Winery.

It is made from 100% Malvar grape variety, it is a semi-sweet wine with high aromatic intensity, and with a particular sweetness in the mouth that permeates the palate.

Elaboration

The production and quality of the grapes are two fundamental factors to achieve a semi-sweet wine that is so in demand. The must undergoes malolactic fermentation under controlled temperature with the aim of maintaining the varietal aromas.

Furthermore, before it ends, they make a natural stop to the fermentation, seeking to preserve a certain amount of residual sugar from the grapes, along with the carbon generated by the yeasts themselves during the process.
