PREPARATION AND AGEING
Campo Nuevo Rosado 2024 is made with red Grenache grapes, which once harvested, are quickly crushed upon entering the winery, in stainless steel tanks, where they will remain in contact with the skins for around seven hours, and then make its fermentation.
