Description
Cuesta de las Liebres 2019 is the most exclusive wine from Pago de Carraovejas, and also the most special and rare, since only about 8,000 bottles are released each year.
Pago de Carraovejas is one of the legendary wineries in Ribera del Duero, since it became one of the most renowned wineries.
Preparation and aging
Cuesta de las Liebres 2019 is made with 100% Tinta fina grape varieties. The harvest is done by hand in 20 kilogram boxes.
The destemming is carried out, leaving the grapes almost whole, the maceration and fermentation take place in oak vats from French forests. Aging lasts 24 months and takes place in extra-fine grain French oak barrels.
