Elaboration

Gin Nordés has been created with the base of the distillate of grapes traditionally grown in Galicia, making it a Galician gin. We found eleven peculiar botanicals that provide all their character, coming from all corners of Galicia. They are selected for their purity and aromas. A thread of sage, a bit of mints that generate empathy, bay leaf, cardamom, quinine, ginger, hibiscus and tea. The perfect combination of soft touches of white fruit with balsamic aromas of Galician wildflowers.

This Galician Gin is a gin that is based on a slow and calm distillate. To obtain the wine spirit, which is the soul of the product, a portion of local Galician grapes of the Albariño variety are used. The distillate is nuanced with the maceration of twelve local and overseas botanicals.
