Xoriguer Gin

Gin Xoriguer is a unique gin, produced by hand in Mahón and that, beyond its peculiar bottling, has a spectacular flavor that places it among the most appreciated gins in all of Europe.

The Xoriguer Distilleries make this gin from the port of Mahón, in Menorca, in the British style, free of all additives to preserve its purity as much as possible.

Elaboration

A Xoriguer, in Menorcan, is the name given to Menorcan windmills, since 1784.

The winery's mission is to make a gin that is as natural as possible. Gin name of this gin marked to its places back. Little by little it has earned a reputation as a great gin, which makes it one of the best sellers in all of Europe, despite the fact that in Spain it is still largely unknown.

Gin Xoriguer is obtained by distillation in a copper still with wine alcohol, in the heat of a wood fire, and stored until bottling in oak barrels.
