Preparation and aging
Magnum Cuesta de las Liebres 2019 is made with 100% Tinta fina grape varieties. The harvest is done by hand in 20 kilogram boxes.
The destemming is carried out, leaving the grapes almost whole, the maceration and fermentation take place in oak vats from French forests. Aging lasts 24 months and takes place in extra-fine grain French oak barrels.
