Winemaking and Aging
Eñe Premium 2015 is a Tempranillo grape varietal. The plots on which the vineyards are located are at an altitude of 800 meters above sea level, with an age over 35 years. The average yield per hectare is 2,500 kilograms.
The aging process lasts 18 months and is carried out in French oak barres. (Rosseau barrels).
