Winemaking and Ageing

Pinna Fidelis Roble 2020 is made with 100% Tinta del País grapes. Once the grapes have been selected, the wines will macerate for 25 days, in order to extract the whole concentration of the grapes intensively, and to round and refine the tannin.

Aging in selected American oak barrels from the best forests, staying in them for 6 months. During its stay in the barrel, it is filled and racked during the spring. Finally it is clarified with egg white and then bottled.

• Nose: Intense fresh red fruit, strawberry, raspberry, currant, perfectly assembled with wood, balsamic memories, spices, and slight toasted background.
• Palate: Rotund tannins that bring finesse and great persistence in a perfect balance with acidity.
