Winemaking and Ageing
Valduero 6 años 2014 is made with grapes with an age over 35-40 years harvested manually and after a careful selection in the vineyard and in the cellar that give this wine an extraordinary concentration in aromas and tannins.
Aged for 36 months in American, French, Hungarian and Romanian oak barrels, in the stillness of a cave 30 meters deep with artisanal racking at 12ºC and with 85% humidity. Ends with another 36 months of aging in the bottle.
