Winemaking and Ageing
Mártires Blanco 2015 is a 100% Viura monovarietal. Fermentation at controlled temperature in oak barrels. Aged for 11 months on its lees, in new Allier French oak barrels, with periodic batatonages exclusively with Viura grapes from Finca Mártires, planted in 1970.
Mártires 20154 was in contact with its lees for 4 months, doing battonage twice a week. It has been aged for 9 months in barrels.

View: Martyrs White has a pale yellow color.
Nose: The nose is rich in citrus and mineral notes.
Palate: The palate is fatty, corpulent, with good volume and structure.
