Ramón Bilbao Rosado 2021 is made with the Tempranillo and Garnacha varieties. In the elaboration of the Ramón Bilbao Rosado the bleeding is done by gravity without automatic pressing. The red grape enters the tank and macerates for two-four hours. At that time the must is collected by traditional gravity bleeding, without mechanical pressing. The yield is about 40%.
It is a must that synthesizes primary aromas and flavors, reminiscent of the Garnacha variety with its floral touches. It is followed by fermentation at low temperature (14ºC).

- View: Ramón Bilbao Rosado has a salmon colour, bright and with a delicate pinkish hue.
- Nose: The nose presents notes of fresh red fruit, citrus, aniseed touches and white flowers. Fragrant.
- Palate: The palate is fresh, well balanced and with a persistent memory of red fruit. The acidity reminds of pomegranate and watermelon, with citrus touches, with nerve. It is elegant and friendly in the mouth but with a good ending, long and lively.

Ramón Bilbao Rosado 2021 is ideal to accompany appetizers and cold dishes such as white asparagus, grilled vegetables, seafood salpicón, beef carpaccio or risottos.
